RICARDO TRAVASSOS
Founder
Ricardo is a global senior executive and transformational leader who has lived and worked in eight key markets. He has extensive experience of both local and global roles and multiple business sectors.
Having consistently delivered outstanding results, Ricardo attributes organisational success to the ability to build and develop high-performance teams. Before co-founding TalentKlub, he was the Regional General Manager for a global beauty company, Coty.
ANNA ROGOVA
Founder
Passionate business leader and accomplished executive, Anna has a proven track success record across different countries, industries and organisational types. She crafted multiple winning teams by leveraging expertise in hiring and coaching.
Before co-founding TalentKlub, Anna was a member of the Executive Launch Team and Head of Marketing for Beat – the fastest growing ride-hailing app in Latin America.
